Designation: Junior Revenue Cycle Representative - AR fresher

Experience Range: Fresher

Job Location : DLF IT/ITES SEZ, 1/124, 2nd floor, Block 10, Shivaji Gardens, Nandambakkam Post, Manapakkam, Chennai 600 089

Qualification: Candidates with any graduation degree can apply, and postgraduate (PG) graduates are also eligible to apply.

Shift Timings: Night Shift

(Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off) (Home pick-up and drop facility available)

- The shift window is from 5.30 pm to 5.30 am (any 9 hours shift)
- Employees will be eligible for a shift allowance of Rs. 75/day for the number of days they have worked. This
- Allowance will be consolidated and reimbursed to them at the end of the month.

:

- Follow up with insurance companies to resolve unpaid medical claims and investigate claim denials.
- Review and analyse outstanding insurance claims, to ensure physician efforts are paid.
- Identify trends and communicate findings/errors to appropriate stakeholders in an effort to educate and eliminate future errors
- Work with the insurance company on behalf of our clients, represent them,



and resolve the claims within the timelines and defined service level

Eligibility Criteria

- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.
- Good analytical skills and willingness to learn.

Key notes: Postgraduates and Diploma holders are not eligible.

Life Science graduates are not eligible.

No Remote or Hybrid work option.

- Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided to help you understand the process and perform your role effectively.

3. EVA Test (Voice based test)
4. Operation Interview
