Role Description The Store Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for managing daily operations of the construction store and inventory. This role includes receiving, verifying, and issuing materials; maintaining accurate stock records; and coordinating with site engineers, procurement teams, and vendors to ensure timely availability of supplies. The Store Incharge monitors stock levels, conducts regular audits, and implements basic loss prevention practices to minimize discrepancies and wastage. Daily tasks also involve keeping the store area organized, updating documentation and system records,



addressing internal customer (site staff) needs promptly, and following company policies for safety and compliance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Store Management skills, including inventory control, stock tracking, and organization of materials.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support internal teams and address material requirements effectively.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to coordinate with site staff, vendors, and management and maintain accurate documentation.
Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention awareness to help reduce stock discrepancies, theft, and wastage.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in construction or warehouse operations, basic computer literacy (MS Excel or inventory software), attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced in office workplace.
A relevant diploma or certification in storekeeping, supply chain, or logistics, and prior experience as a store incharge or storekeeper is preferred.
