Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Explain product features, designs, quality, and pricing of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
Assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their preferences and budget.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide personalised service.
Ensure jewellery is handled carefully and displayed attractively.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product presentation, and display standards.
Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and recent collections.
Support the team in achieving showroom sales targets.
