Role Description The MEP Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed drawings and calculations, reviewing architectural plans, performing load analysis, and selecting appropriate equipment and materials. The role also involves collaborating with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues and support smooth project execution.



The engineer will participate in site visits, inspections, and design reviews, providing technical input and addressing field queries. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design, including load calculations, equipment sizing, and system integration.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM tools) and familiarity with industry standards and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinate effectively across disciplines.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to accuracy and constructability in design.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities, including participation in design meetings, site coordination, and client interactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field), with prior experience in building services or MEP design preferred.
Willingness to work on-site in Kozhikode and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a quick-paced setting.
