Known for its commitment to service excellence, exceptional guest experiences and robust corporate clientele, the group is seeking an accomplished hospitality skilled to lead one of its prominent hotel properties in Madurai.

The Leadership Mandate

As General Manager, the incumbent will assume complete responsibility for the property's business performance, operational excellence, profitability and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Business & P&L; Leadership: Drive revenue growth, profitability, financial discipline and business performance.
Revenue Management: Optimise occupancy, ARR, RevPAR, F&B; revenue and market share.
Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless hotel operations, service quality,



cost optimisation and regulatory compliance.
Guest Experience: Champion exceptional hospitality standards and customer satisfaction.
Business Development: Strengthen corporate relationships, institutional clientele and local market positioning.
People Leadership: Build, inspire and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Desired Leadership Profile
Graduate in Hotel Management; MBA preferred.
15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 4 years in senior hotel leadership.
Proven track record of independently managing P&L; for a premium full-service hotel.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in revenue management, F&B; operations and profitability improvement.
Experience in leading large, cross-functional hospitality teams.
Prior experience as General Manager, Resident Manager or Hotel Manager in an established premium hospitality chain would be preferred.
