Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple dark stores and oversee end-to-end cluster operations.
Monitor store KPIs, order fulfilment, PPI, and picker-packer productivity.
Ensure operational efficiency, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Manage store managers, workforce planning, and rider coordination.
Drive operational performance, cost optimization, and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Preferred Background: Quick Commerce, E-commerce, or Logistics Operations.
