Review contracts to confirm project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Build and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies through to go-live.
Track project and ticket status in Jira; maintain accurate account and project data in Salesforce (SFDC).




Identify risks and issues early, and work with internal teams to resolve or escalate them.
Maintain explicit, consistent communication with clients and stakeholders throughout each project. ### What Youll Need
Experience coordinating or managing projects, ideally in a client-facing implementation role.
