Primary Skills

- Hands-on experience in ABS/ESC Brake System Validation.
- Perform Functional/fail-safe verification for ABS, ESP/ESC, TCS, VAF, IEB, and 2-Box brake systems to ensure compliance with functional safety and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in requirements-based testing, verification, test case development and reporting
- Strong foundation of vehicle dynamic concepts and control system functionalities.
- Conduct vehicle-level fail-safe validation by executing fault injection tests,
- Verifying DTC detection, degradation strategies, warning functions, and safe-state transitions for brake control systems.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills for validation and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with system, software, and tuning teams for issue resolution and closure.
- Experience with tools such as Vector CANalyzer/CANoe for CAN data capturing and analysis.
- Experienced with other data logging equipment such as GPS data logger, Steering robot, pressure sensors, pedal force sensors, thermocouples etc.
- Excellent driving skills to validate functions at vehicle limits along with proving ground experience.
- Good understanding of test methodology & brakes regulatory requirements.

Secondary Skills

- Performed Vehicle instrumentation and readiness.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and DTC codes.




- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN FD, UDS).
- Strong problem-solving ability and valuable communication & coordination skills
- Experience supporting customer validation and sign-off activities.

- Create test reports, defect reports, validation summaries, and sign-off documentation.
- Requirement-based verification and validation reporting with traceability
- Conduct pre-homologation tests according to regulatory requirements and procedures.
- Operate vehicle at proving grounds, test tracks & public roads.
- Support field issue investigation and production issue validation activities.
