About The Role

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in US Staffing. Candidate should have hands-on experience in W2 / C2C / Full-time hiring for IT requirements and be comfortable working on end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements - sourcing, screening, submitting, and closingWork on W2, C2C, C2H and Full-Time positionsSource candidates from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and internal databaseUnderstand technical requirements - Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, Salesforce, SAP etc.Screen resumes for Skills, Experience, Work Authorization, Location, AvailabilityConduct initial screening to check communication, rate, visa status and interestSubmit qualified candidates to Account Managers / Vendors / ClientsCoordinate interviews, follow-ups, rate negotiation and closureMaintain daily/weekly reports - Submittals, Interviews,



Placements in ATS/ExcelBuild pipeline of bench / active candidates for future requirementsEnsure compliance - Work Authorization, I-9, E-Verify, Background CheckRequired Skills:2-3 Years of experience as US IT Recruiter in US Staffing agencyStrong knowledge of US Tax Terms - W2, C2C, 1099, C2HStrong knowledge of US Visa Types - H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, L2 EADHands-on with Job Boards - Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, LinkedInExperience with ATS - Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva, Avature (any one)Positive understanding of IT technologies and ability to screen accordinglyExcellent communication and negotiation skillsTarget-driven and ability to work in night shiftEducation: Any Graduate - B.Tech, BCA, BSc IT preferred but not mandatoryWhat We Offer:Fixed US Night Shift - Weekends OffAttractive Salary + High Incentives on every placement
