Roles and Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities including structural, RCC, and finishing works.
Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, manpower, and material resources.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Guide and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements at site.
Prepare and review progress reports, DPRs, and site documentation.
