Job Title: Tendering & Estimation Engineer, Civil Construction
Handle end-to-end tendering, bidding, and estimation for civil construction projects.
Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
Obtain vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Coordinate with clients for pre-bid queries, negotiations, and tender submissions.
Support purchase activities, vendor negotiations, and cost optimisation.
Ensure timely submission of tenders with accurate documentation.
Job Title: Purchase Engineer / Purchase Executive Civil Construction
Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
Source suppliers and vendors,



obtain quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery to project sites.
Coordinate with project, site, stores, and accounts teams for material requirements.
Monitor material availability, quality, inventory, and procurement costs.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships and supplier databases.
Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and project timelines.

Requirements: Tendering 4+ yrs and purchse 5+yrs of experience
