The Technical Support Intern is the first point of contact for questions from candidates, partners and visitors, and keeps the support knowledge base accurate.

You will triage questions, answer those within your knowledge and route technical ones to the right engineer, with transparent records of what was asked and answered.

Respond to emails sent to the support and careers addresses in a timely way
Triage requests and route technical questions to the correct engineer
Help candidates with account, CV upload and application tracking issues
Maintain FAQs and support articles based on real questions
Log issues and spot repeating problems for the engineering team
