Job Summary

As a Lead Engineer - Playwright, you will be responsible for leading the QA automation efforts for the project. You will leverage robust technical expertise in Selenium and Java, along with leadership capabilities to guide a team of automation engineers. The candidate will oversee framework development, test execution, and integration with CI/CD pipelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and TypeScript.
Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure timely execution.
Review and optimize test scripts for performance and reliability.
Track and report test coverage, defects,



and quality metrics.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and coding standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and introduce creative testing solutions.
