- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align data platform strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable data models that support complex business requirements.
- Experience with data integration strategies to ensure consistency and reliability across diverse data sources.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data workflows to improve system efficiency and data quality.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to maintain data integrity and compliance.
