Role : Growth Sr. Executive - Sales (100% Field Sales)

Earning Potential :₹35,000 - ₹40,000 Fixed/month + Conveyance + High Incentives (up to ₹70k-80k/month extra)

STRICT REQUIREMENTS (Please read before applying): Experience : Minimum 2+ years in outbound sales (Freshers are NOT eligible).

Mobility : Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid license.

Work Style : This is a 100% on-the-road field sales role requiring daily travel within the city.

Key Responsibilities :




Plan and execute daily field visits to local doctors and clinic owners.
Present, demonstrate, and sell icareheal’s SaaS platform to drive adoption.
Generate leads, build a solid pipeline, and take ownership of revenue generation.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate tracking and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Who We Are Looking For :
A self-starter and hustler motivated by high earnings and uncapped incentives.
Robust communication skills in both English and the Tamil.
Prior experience in Healthcare, SaaS, or B2B field sales is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
