Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present café menu items including sandwiches, burgers, wraps, pasta, salads, breakfast dishes, and snacks.
Develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management.
Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
Train and guide kitchen assistants and junior staff.
Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours.
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth order execution.

Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of café cuisine and food preparation techniques.
Experience in preparing Continental, Quick Food, and Café-style dishes.




Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Valuable time-management and organizational skills.
Creative approach to menu planning and food presentation.
Team handling and leadership abilities.

Educational Qualification
Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
Relevant hands-on kitchen experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
