Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting : Proactively identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and social selling to generate current business opportunities.
Sales Cycle Management : Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals.
Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to secure sales.
CRM Maintenance : Accurately update customer information and track all interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Account Management : Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers to increase revenue and foster long-term loyalty.
