Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive

THE MEDICATE is looking for a motivated and confident Tele-Sales Executive to handle customer communication, generate sales through outbound calls, and maintain regular follow-ups with customers.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmaceutical products.
- Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and maintain customer relationships.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.




- Generate sales through telephone conversations.
- Follow up with customers regularly regarding enquiries and orders.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with customers for order-related queries.
- Prepare daily sales and calling reports.
- Report daily activities and sales performance to the Manager.
