We are hiring Tele Counsellors for an education counselling role. The position involves contacting prospective students, sharing information about available courses, understanding their career interests, and scheduling counselling appointments at the institute.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
- Explain course details, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads and schedule counselling appointments.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Update call records and lead details in the system.
- Work towards assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Excellent verbal communication in Kannada and English.
- Basic computer and data-entry knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and manage follow-ups.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented workplace.
Compensation & Schedule
- In-hand salary of ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
- General day shift.
- Fixed Sunday weekly off.
