TYCUM SOLAR is looking for a confident Telecalling Executive to connect with prospective customers, explain our solar solutions, and convert enquiries into confirmed solar connections.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and respond to incoming solar enquiries.
- Explain solar products, installation services, and pricing using company-approved information.
- Understand customers’ requirements and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and support them through the booking process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Meet the assigned target of 5 confirmed solar connections per [day/week/month—to be specified].

Candidate Requirements





- Transparent communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confidence in calling, customer handling, and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and data entry.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred; motivated freshers may apply.
- Willingness to learn about solar energy and work towards sales targets.

Compensation Fixed salary: ₹[Amount] per month, plus performance-based incentives.
