- Service Tele-calling: Call existing Maruti Suzuki car owners to remind them about upcoming periodic maintenance, vehicle services, or running repairs.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book service slots for customers and coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth workshop flow.
- Promoting Campaigns: Inform customers about special service camps, discount offers, recalls, or extended warranty programs.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly targets for service bookings and service marketing conversion rates.
- Data Management: Keep customer interaction logs, service due dates, and vehicle history accurate inside Maruti’s CRM/DMS system.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
