What You'll Be Responsible For

Project Ownership & Delivery

Lead and manage up to multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery from initial handover to final deployment.

Understand business requirements, define project scope, identify risks, and provide realistic effort estimations.

Take complete ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and technical outcomes.

Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and proactively address delivery challenges.

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable software architectures.

Make informed technology decisions based on project requirements and business objectives.

Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities where they add genuine value.

Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and ensure technical quality.

Actively contribute to development by writing production-level code on at least one project.

AI-Driven Development

Work hands-on with AI technologies, including LLMs, AI services, and AI agents.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.

Ensure AI-generated code meets quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

Guide, mentor, and support engineers across multiple projects.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide constructive feedback.





Identify individual development areas and create explicit growth plans.

Encourage knowledge sharing, technical ownership, and independent decision-making.

Mentor associate engineers and interns, helping them grow into future technical leaders.

Project Governance & Communication

Maintain weekly project updates and documentation of key technical decisions.

Identify delivery risks early and communicate challenges proactively.

Ensure projects can progress independently through effective delegation and knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

5-7+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on technical leadership.

Proven experience building and delivering AI-powered applications using LLMs, AI services, or agents.

Strong knowledge of AI-assisted coding and development workflows.

Excellent system design, architecture, and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing multiple projects or development teams simultaneously.

Strong hands-on coding experience and willingness to contribute to production development.

Expertise in code reviews, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.

Ability to estimate project efforts, manage delivery expectations, and take end-to-end ownership.

Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.

Willingness to work from our Chennai office, full-time.

Good to Have

Experience with Next.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.

Exposure to Blockchain technologies and development.
