About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead (Sales) to lead our Sales Team. The candidate must have strong experience in B2B & B2C Sales, especially in selling IT Services and Digital Marketing Services like Meta Ads & Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Telesales / Field Sales Executives.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure team achieves them.
- Train current team members on sales pitches for Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Website & IT Services.
- Handle both B2B & B2C Sales and close high-value deals.
- Monitor team performance, prepare sales reports and report to management.
- Handle escalated client calls and ensure client satisfaction.

Must-Have Skills:

- 1-5 Years Experience in Field Sales / Telesales + Team Handling
- Proven Experience in B2B & B2C Sales




- Must have sold Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM) & IT Services
- Excellent Leadership, Team Management & Motivational Skills
- Strong Communication, Convincing & Negotiation Skills
- Target Oriented, CRM Knowledge & Reporting Skills
