We are looking for an experienced and responsible Facility Supervisor to manage the day-to-day maintenance and operations of a gated residential community in Thimminaidupalem, Karakambadi Road, Tirupati.

The supervisor will plan, allot and assign daily work to housekeeping, security, gardening and maintenance staff, monitor their progress, and make sure all work is completed on time and to standard. The role also involves identifying maintenance issues early and coordinating repairs with technicians and vendors.

Key responsibilities

- Allot and assign daily tasks to housekeeping, security, garden and maintenance staff, and supervise their work
- Conduct daily rounds of the premises and identify issues such as leaks, electrical faults, lift problems and cleanliness gaps
- Coordinate repairs and servicing of lifts, pumps, STP, generator, solar fencing, swimming pool and common area facilities
- Follow up with vendors, technicians and service providers until work is completed




- Maintain staff attendance, duty registers, work logs and maintenance records
- Handle resident complaints politely and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor water supply, tank cleaning and water treatment schedules
- Report daily progress and issues to the HOA Committee

Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a supervisor in apartment, facility or property management
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and building maintenance
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English (Hindi is an advantage)
- Ability to manage staff and handle residents professionally
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp skills for reporting
- Candidates from Tirupati or nearby areas preferred
