- About the role

- We are a design-led interior studio, and we are still building how we work.

We need someone who enjoys setting things up: finding what isn't working and making it easy. The role will grow with the studio, and so will you.

- What you'll do

- Keep our projects moving. Follow up with the team until things get done, so nothing is missed

- Find delays and critical activities early, and tell the right person the same day

- Be the first contact for clients on day-to-day updates, and get their decisions on time

- Set up simple systems, trackers and routines that help the team work better, and make sure they get used

- Help procurement, HR, design and site teams where needed

- Take on more as the studio grows

- What we're looking for:

- You like building things from scratch: a tracker,



a routine, a better way of doing something

- Reliable and honest. You do what you say

- Confident and polite with clients and with the team. You can push people without upsetting them

- Quick to notice what is slipping and what comes next

- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and Google Forms, and happy to learn new tools

- Clear writing, and Hindi, Marathi or English as needed

- About 2 to 4 years in coordination, client servicing, operations or project support. Interiors is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
