Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead a team of sales staff members to achieve individual targets and maintain high levels of performance.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales growth through effective product displays and promotions.

- Manage daily store operations, including sales floor management, inventory control, and customer service.

- Oversee retail operations such as visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store appearance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to electronic products (Apple) and mobile phones/laptop sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in retail or electronics industry with expertise in Apple products (iPRO).

- Proven track record in managing stores or similar environments with excellent leadership skills.

- Solid knowledge of mobile phones/laptop sales and ability to stay up-to-date on latest trends/technology.
