Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage incident resolution processes to ensure timely restoration of services, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for IT services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in incident management processes.
Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in ITIL-based incident management or a related field.
- Solid understanding of ITSM principles, including problem management, change control, and release management.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different departments.
