HIRING: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER SOLAR EPC (GROUND-MOUNT)

Project Size: Upcoming 20 MW Solar Ground-Mount EPC Project

Location: Project site / pan-India, depending on project location

Experience: 8-12+ years in Solar EPC preferred

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of a 20 MW ground-mounted solar EPC project.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project execution, from mobilisation to commissioning.
- Bring an established network of petty contractors and subcontractors for civil, piling, MMS, module installation, electrical and related works.
- Negotiate execution rates and milestone-based payment terms.
- Mobilise contractors capable of funding their own initial execution expenses and accepting payment in line with our 15-day billing cycle.
- Control project costs,



quality, safety, timelines and daily progress.
- Coordinate with the client for measurements, billing, certification and payment follow-up.

Essential Requirement

Candidates must have an existing, verifiable subcontractor network and proven experience executing solar projects with minimal mobilisation advances and controlled working-capital requirements.

Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience, execution capability and contractor network.
