We are seeking a Senior Software Development Manager to lead an engineering team within Oracle’s AI-powered Development Experience organization. Your team will build capabilities that enable developers and agents to complete engineering work effectively, with relevant context, reusable tools, reliable execution, and useful feedback.

In this role, you will be accountable for your team’s people, execution, engineering quality, and operational outcomes. You will partner with product management and senior technical leaders to translate organizational priorities into a focused team roadmap, make realistic delivery commitments, and guide capabilities from initial exploration through production adoption.

You will establish AI-native ways of working within your team, including spec-driven development, coding agents, agent loops, and workflow graphs. Success requires solid technical judgment, effective people management, and the ability to resolve ambiguity within your team’s scope while working across organizational boundaries to address dependencies and deliver measurable improvements for developers.
