We're looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage digital platforms, build brand presence, and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Plan, create and execute engaging content strategies.
- Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Monitor comments, messages, audience engagement and trends.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across platforms.

2. Digital Marketing & Campaigns

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Work on lead generation, audience targeting and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance, reach, impressions and conversions.
- Analyze insights and prepare performance reports.
- Explore new digital marketing opportunities to improve online growth.

3. Content & Creative Strategy





- Identify trending topics, hashtags and content opportunities.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators.
- Develop creative campaign ideas for reels, posts, stories and promotional activities.
- Research competitors and industry trends.

Required Skills
- Robust understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Canva and AI-powered content tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and growth.
