We are building a robust online community and looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to lead our posting strategy, increase brand awareness, and create scroll-stopping content across all key platforms.

Role Overview

We need someone who lives and breathes social media. In this role, you will plan, design, record, edit, and post daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller who knows how to grab attention in the first 3 seconds and turn viewers into loyal followers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Production: Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), graphics, carousels, and eye-catching post captions.
- Daily Posting & Management: Schedule and publish high-quality content daily across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Trend & Viral Strategy: Monitor viral trends, audio clips, memes, and platform updates to quickly adapt them for our brand.
- On-Camera Presence (Optional/Plus):



Record short videos, product walk-throughs, tips, or user-style content directly for our pages.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions to build an active, trusting audience community.
- Performance Tracking: Track engagement rates, views, clicks, and follower growth to continually refine our social media playbook.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience building social media pages or managing organic social accounts.
- Portfolio Required: Must provide links to past social channels, video edits, graphic designs, or content portfolios.
- Editing Skills: Highly skilled in video editing apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva) and design tools.
- English Fluency: Excellent written English skills for writing engaging, mistake-free captions, hooks, and call-to-actions.
- Independence: Highly creative, proactive, and capable of generating fresh post ideas every week without micro-management.
