Role & responsibilities

1. Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.

2. Monitor labour work and ensure that work is completed as per instructions.

3. Check the quality of construction work and proper use of materials.

4. Maintain daily work progress reports and report updates to management.

5. Coordinate with labourers, contractors, engineers, and other site staff.

6. Ensure that construction work is completed within the given timeline.

7. Monitor material requirements and maintain records of materials received and consumed.

8. Ensure proper implementation of safety practices at the construction site.

9. Visit project sites regularly and report any issues or delays to management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision preferred.

- Experience in government construction projects, roads, canals, anicuts, or other civil works will be an advantage.





- Ability to manage labour and supervise day-to-day site activities.

- Basic knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and drawings.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel to different construction sites as required.

- Must be responsible, hardworking, and capable of handling site activities.

- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.
