- Lifescapes Designs is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee interior design projects in office. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality standards and project timelines.

- Roles and Responsibilities

- 1. Site Supervision &
- Execution

- - Supervise daily interior fit-out and site execution activities.

- - Ensure work is carried out according to approved interior design drawings, layouts, and specifications.

- - Monitor civil, carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other interior finishing works.

- - Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment at the site.

- 1. Drawing &
- Technical Coordination

- - Read and interpret architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings.

- - Coordinate with the design team to resolve site-related technical issues.

- - Verify site measurements and dimensions before execution.

- - Report discrepancies between approved drawings and actual site conditions.

- 1. Contractor &
- Vendor Management

- - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.

- - Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress.

- - Ensure contractors follow project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

- - Track material deliveries and ensure materials are available as per the project schedule.

- 1. Quality Control





- - Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure quality standards are maintained.

- - Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions.

- - Ensure finishing work meets the company's design and quality expectations.

- - Conduct snagging inspections and follow up on pending rectification work.

- 1. Project Scheduling &
- Reporting

- - Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

- - Prepare daily progress reports and update the project manager.

- - Track project milestones and highlight delays or potential issues.

- - Maintain records of site measurements, materials, work progress, and site instructions.

- 1. Safety &
- Site Management

- - Ensure workers and contractors follow site safety procedures.

- - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and discipline at the site.

- - Ensure materials and tools are stored properly.

- - Follow applicable site regulations and safety guidelines.

- Key Competencies

- Job expectation: The Site Engineer will act as the link between the design team and on-site execution team, ensuring that every interior design element is implemented accurately, safely, and within the agreed timeline and budget.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
