Primary responsibility:

Supervise the construction/ interior/ renovation projects for schools and allied sites.

Supervise infrastructure like playgrounds, transport facility etc. for schools

Assuring quality of materials & work at site.

Assuring timely delivery of project/ work by means of proper planning & coordination with contractors, architect and consultants.





Preparing rate schedule, rate analysis & Bill of Quantities for projects whenever required.

Rate analysis of special items as and when required.

Estimates of materials required for projects.

Verification of Vendors' Bills & certifying the quantities executed at site.

Study of drawing, design, BOQs, required performance standards & project specifications.

Testing & commissioning of final product w.r.t safe and satisfactory product performance.

To ensure that subcontractor invoices are reviewed and approved within the stipulated time span.
