- We need a helper on our sites. You will help our supervisors with whatever work needs doing that day. You will receive material, and you will do any other small work on site that comes up.

- What you will do:

- Receive material when it comes to site. Check it against the list. If anything is missing, wrong or broken, tell us the same day.

- Keep the material protected and put it in the right place

- Help the supervisors, and do any small work on site that comes up: shifting material, cleaning, covering and protecting finished work, helping with measurements, or going to get small things

- Tell the contractors what work is planned for tomorrow, and check who is coming

- Take photos of the day's work and send them with the supervisor's report

- Check the work with our checklist. If something looks wrong, tell the supervisor or the Project Head

- Help with the finishing work at the end: check again, clean up, fix small things





- Go to different sites when the Project Head asks

- What we are looking for

- 1 to 3 years of work on interior or civil sites. A fresher who learns fast is also fine

- You can read a simple drawing and measurements

- You are fine being on site all day and travelling between sites in Mumbai

- You are honest, on time, and do what you say

- You can send photos and short messages on WhatsApp

- You can talk to supervisors and contractors in Hindi, Marathi or English

- * You are ready to help with whatever is needed

- What you will not do You will not approve any extra cost or any change in design. You will not tell contractors what to do on your own. If something needs a decision, tell the supervisor or the Project Head quickly

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
