- Track CNS stock transfers and maintain updated records for all movements.
- Coordinate with transporters/logistics teams to arrange deliveries as per schedule.
- Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints promptly regarding shortage and damage.
- Maintain solid communication with the warehouse team to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Follow up on pending dispatches and escalate delays when necessary.
