Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL and ReactJS. The candidate should have experience in enterprise application development, solution design, database management and modern AI-assisted software development using GitHub Copilot's agentic capabilities and SpecKit or an equivalent solution.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical leads, development teams, testing teams and release teams to deliver high-quality, scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core.
- 10–15 years of experience in C#/.NET development with SQL.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot's agentic capabilities for software development.
- Experience with SpecKit or an equivalent specification-driven development solution.
- Strong SQL and relational database development experience.
- Experience in enterprise application design, development and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and clarify functional and technical requirements.
- Participate in solution design discussions and technical reviews with the Hitachi Energy Technology Services team.
- Design, develop and implement solutions based on agreed business requirements.
- Develop and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET and frontend applications using ReactJS.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot's agentic capabilities and SpecKit or equivalent tools to support AI-assisted development.




- Collaborate with development and testing teams to investigate and resolve defects and regression issues arising from recent development.
- Work closely with the release team to support application releases and deployments.
- Perform database upgrades and support database changes across application modules.
- Conduct debugging, code validation and application maintenance activities.
- Participate in technical reviews and provide implementation updates as required.
- Report daily activities, planned tasks, expected deliverables and project progress to the technical lead or manager.

Technical Skills Backend: C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, REST APIs

Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

Database: SQL Server, SQL queries, stored procedures, database maintenance and upgrades

AI-Assisted Development: GitHub Copilot Agent Mode or agentic capabilities, SpecKit or equivalent specification-driven development tools

Software Engineering: Application design, debugging, code reviews, regression testing, defect resolution, deployment and release support

Preferred Skills

- Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale applications.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Experience with source control and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional development, QA and release teams.

Candidate Profile The candidate should be a senior software developer with strong hands-on C#/.NET and SQL expertise, substantial ReactJS experience, and practical exposure to AI-assisted development workflows. The candidate must be comfortable participating in technical discussions, owning development deliverables, resolving production or regression issues, and supporting releases.
