- Mobile Architecture & React Native (Critical):
- Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying production-grade mobile applications using

React Native.
- Deep understanding of mobile-specific architectures, offline storage, state management, and native

bridging.
- Mobile Platforms & Core Technologies:
- Solid foundational knowledge of native Android and iOS ecosystems.
- Extensive experience integrating with Web Services and handling JSON payloads.
- Strong proficiency in version control and collaborative coding using Git.
- Full-Stack Capabilities:
- Strong proficiency in both client-side mobile development and modern backend services/APIs (RESTful,

- Hands-on programming experience with enterprise backend languages, specifically Java and C#.
- Kubernetes & Containerization (Critical):

- Cloud Infrastructure:




- Strong experience working within cloud environments, with a heavy preference for Google Cloud

Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with cloud-native deployment patterns, security best practices, and managed services.

Professional Experience & Context
- Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a heavy

emphasis on mobile-first applications.
- Industry Experience (Preferred):
- Direct experience working in Financial Services or highly regulated sectors (FinTech, Banking,

Insurance).
- A solid grasp of data security, compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOC2), encryption, and secure

coding practices. Power Skills, Tools & Cultural Fit
- Agile Collaboration Tools: Daily proficiency managing sprints, tickets, and backlogs in Jira, and driving

team communication via MS Teams.
- Adaptability: Highly adaptable mindset; comfortable with evolving requirements, rapid prototyping, and

learning new technologies as the product scales.

features from conception through to production release, and proactively solves bottlenecks.
