Job Summary

AIOM Group is looking for skilled and passionate Java Backend Developers with 48 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, and a good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
- Build high-performance, secure, and reliable enterprise applications.
- Work with AWS and Azure cloud services for application deployment and management.
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and architects.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile development activities.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Technologies

- Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.




- Robust understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Experience in REST API development and integration.
- Good knowledge of Hibernate and JPA.

Cloud Technologies

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Experience with cloud deployment, monitoring, and application management.

Database Technologies

- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Understanding of database design, queries, indexing, and performance optimization.

Additional Skills

- Good understanding of Git and version control.
- Experience with Maven or Gradle.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Proven experience developing enterprise-level applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
