Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Expert with 4–5+ years of experience to independently manage, enhance, and maintain an existing in-house CRM platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PHP, Fat-Free Framework (F3), React 18, TypeScript, MySQL, AWS, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the existing CRM platform and its technical development.
- Develop backend APIs and services using PHP and Fat-Free Framework (F3).
- Build responsive frontend applications using React 18 and TypeScript.
- Manage application state and asynchronous workflows using Redux and Redux-Saga.
- Handle MySQL database development, optimization, and complex SQL queries.
- Manage AWS infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and production support.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

- PHP and Fat-Free Framework (F3)
- Direct mysqli-based MySQL development

- Redux and Redux-Saga
- RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- MySQL database design, indexing, and performance tuning
- AWS EC2, Apache, RDS/MySQL, S3, and IAM
- DevOps, Git, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines
- Production troubleshooting and application deployment

- Docker, ECS, EKS, and Kubernetes
- AWS ECR and Infrastructure as Code
- CRM platform development experience
- Financial services, lending, Open Banking, or payment API experience
- Microservices and event-driven architecture
- Legacy application modernization

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Solid hands-on development experience across frontend and backend.
- Ability to independently manage an existing production codebase.
- Experience in architecture improvements and application optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end technical delivery with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹1,900,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
