We are seeking a Human Resource Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Chennai, India. This position allows for a work-from-home arrangement. The ideal candidate will drive HR initiatives and foster a positive work ew resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct initial screening calls

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring status

Support hiring targets and ensure a smooth recruitment process

Key responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and interviewing candidates to ensure a robust talent pool.

2. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and fostering a supportive workplace culture while promoting employee engagement initiatives.

3. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems that align employee goals with organizational objectives, providing feedback and guidance to enhance productivity.

4. Training and Development:



Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate career development opportunities to enhance team skills.

5. Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure all HR policies comply with legal requirements and best practices, while regularly updating policies as necessary.

The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree and possess strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to human resource challenges are essential.
