We are hiring an experienced SAP CRM ABAP Developer for a permanent role supporting Global Customer Operations for a manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and support SAP applications using ABAP/4 and CRM programming techniques with a quality-driven methodology

- Analyze, design, evaluate, modify, test, and implement SAP applications

- Act as a technical consultant to design and develop objects

- Integrate SAP with cloud and third-party solutions

- Support global customer operations for sales-related applications

Mandatory Skills:

- SAP ABAP - solid command of RICEFW objects

- CRM Web UI - MVC architecture and BSP components

- SAP CRM Middleware

- CRM One Order Framework

Desirable Skills:

- Opportunity Management, Activities, Service Requests

- BOL/GenIL programming





- Approval workflows and BSP programming

- SAP dialog programming, enhancements, user exits, BAdIs

- Object-Oriented ABAP (global classes, interfaces, methods, events)

- External web services (SOAP, REST)

- HANA-enabled SAP applications and performance tuning

- SAP Business Object reporting tools

- Manufacturing business process knowledge

Eligibility:

- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA in a related field

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
