Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Sales Head to lead sales operations, drive growth, and meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in strategic sales planning, and a proven track record of managing sales teams, developing business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and productivity.
- Identify current business opportunities, potential markets, and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Develop and execute business development plans to expand market presence.
- Analyse sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, team meetings, and performance evaluations.




- Handle key client negotiations and close major business deals.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
- Ensure continuous improvement in sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10–15 years of proven experience in sales and business development.
- Strong experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and execute business plans.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
