Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales coordination, field sales, or business development.

The candidate must be comfortable with both office-based sales coordination and field sales activities, including meeting clients, visiting businesses, generating leads, and developing strong customer relationships.

This role is suitable for someone who is ambitious, proactive, confident in communication, and interested in achieving sales targets while working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Conduct field visits to potential clients, garages, companies, and business establishments.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate potential sales leads.
- Perform cold calling, follow-ups, and client meetings.
- Explain company products and software solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, meetings, and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate customer information, follow-up records, and daily sales reports in CRM.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve monthly targets.
- Provide regular updates on field visits, client feedback, and sales progress.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, sales coordination, or business development.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in target-based sales and business development.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Must be highly motivated, responsible, and result-oriented.

Mandatory Requirements

- Must hold a valid passport.
- Must be willing and ready to travel to the UAE after the 10th of this month.
- Must be willing to relocate and work in Dubai, UAE.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and direct client visits.
- Must be committed to achieving assigned sales targets.

Salary & Performance Review

- Initial salary: INR 25,000 – 35,000 per month for the first 2 months.
- After 2 months, salary will be reviewed and discussed based on individual performance, target achievements, and overall contribution.
- High-performing candidates can expect a salary revision above their initial expected salary, depending on performance and management evaluation.
