Job Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options to customers.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged before and after service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
- Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints politely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
- Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
- Follow café service standards and operational procedures.

Requirements




- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly personality with a customer-first approach.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Ability to work in a team and manage busy hours.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of food service and table etiquette.
