Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals for the position of Reservations Executive / Senior Reservations Executive at our Chennai Corporate Office.

The ideal candidate should have experience in reservation handling, booking management, or customer coordination, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, resort, or travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to bookings and reservations.
- Process booking requests, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with hotels, resorts, and internal departments regarding reservations.
- Provide accurate information about availability, room rates, packages, and booking policies.
- Maintain reservation records and update booking details in the system.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and pending bookings.
- Assist customers with reservation-related queries and ensure timely resolution.




- Maintain proper documentation and prepare reservation reports.

Eligibility Criteria
- 1–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, travel agencies, or reservation operations is preferred.
- Candidates with ticket booking or reservation management experience will be given preference.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Robust coordination and customer service skills.

Compensation & Other Details
- CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum.
- Work Location: Chennai – Corporate Office.
- Notice Period: Candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred.
- Joining: As per mutual agreement.
