ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Crossing Infotech is looking for aspiring developers to join as Backend Developer Interns. This internship provides an prospect to learn server-side programming, database management, API development, and application logic. Interns will work on guided technical assignments and gain practical exposure to backend development workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in developing and maintaining server-side application features.
- Write basic backend code using suitable programming languages.
- Support the creation and integration of REST APIs.
- Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
- Assist in testing API endpoints and troubleshooting errors.
- Understand authentication and basic application security concepts.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to support application integration.
- Maintain technical documentation for assigned tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic knowledge of at least one backend programming language.
- Understanding of server-side development concepts.




- Familiarity with databases and SQL fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and HTTP methods.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn backend frameworks and development tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Students or graduates from Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or similar technologies is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub is preferred.
- Freshers with academic or personal backend projects are welcome.
