Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential buyers and investors.

- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and property presentations.

- Arrange property visits and site inspections.

- Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.

- Negotiate deals and convert leads into sales.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream.

- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Knowledge of property sales and the Delhi real estate market.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and AI tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
