Role: R&D; Engineer

Exp: 1-2 Years

Location: Thalambur, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop new drone/UAV components, sub-systems, and mechanisms

Conduct research on emerging technologies, materials, and industry best practices

Build and test prototypes, iterating on design based on test results

Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable at scale

Troubleshoot technical issues during development, testing, and field trials

Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and test reports

Support certification, compliance, and quality testing requirements

Drive continuous improvement initiatives on existing products

Required Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering field

1-2 years of R&D; experience, preferably in drones, aerospace,



or robotics

Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks or CATIA

Working knowledge of embedded systems, electronics, or aerodynamics is a plus

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, prototyping mindset
