Role & responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ, BOM, quantity take-offs, rate analysis and cost estimates.
- Handle tender estimation, bidding and vendor comparisons.
- Review contracts, agreements, work orders and purchase orders.
- Prepare client bills, RA bills and monthly progress claims.
- Verify subcontractor bills and vendor invoices.
- Manage variation claims and additional work approvals.
- Monitor project expenses, budgets and cost control.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, engineering and site teams.
- Prepare reconciliation statements and final accounts.
Preferred candidate profile We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor with experience in Electrical EPC and Infrastructure Projects. Candidates from Electrical EPC, Substation, Transmission & Distribution (T&D;), Power Supply and Metro Rail Electrification backgrounds are welcome.
